Changing bank account on Paypal get you limited?
 

This is the story.

I have an excellent Paypal account since two years. Two weeks ago my VCC expired and Paypal limited my withdraw to $500 and then I was asked to add a new card or SSN to remove the limitations. So I did it, I put a new VCC and everything is excellent as ever so far and I haven't also been asked for a SSN.

Today for reasons that I can not explain here I realized that I need to remove my bank account but I would like to keep the PP account still confirmed.

I am thinking how it would be the best way to do this process. I really need not to get limited again because this account is the only one that keeps me withdrawing big amounts of money every week without any problem.

What it would be the correct process to get it?

Any help that you can share with me?

First add the new bank account, confirm it. Then remove the current bank account
