PayPal withdrawl advice

Ok I searched the forums for this topic before I submitted this thread. I just want to see if there are any new tips and tricks that you have found.

I understand what I did was not real smart. I just need to see if there is a way I can salvage it.

I needed more money next month so I pushed a stealth account a little to hard. The ebay/paypal account in question is about 8 months old. I just started using it about a week ago. At the same time, I changed my bank info.

I had a lot of Vero laying around and I ran it through and it sold way faster than I thought it would. I ended the listing Thursday night but now I have over $2000.00 pending in my Paypal account. One small payment cleared after the customer left me positive feedback, but still waiting on delivery confirmation/feedback to clear the rest.

So now, I am worried about how much to withdrawal at a time. I saw one post that said to keep it under $200 at a time and another that said to do half at a time. I'm using a BOA savings linked to the account.

Yes, I know that I should have spread it out over a few stealth accounts but I only had 2 at the time. I have building up a few more since then.

I have not been Vero flagged in Ebay at all. The only one I got was a MC010 Verification which was easy enough to get by.

What do you think? Any ideas?

Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm not certain there's a real answer for this. Why didn't you withdraw little by little as the payments started coming in, rather than wait for it to accrue to $2000?

Because as I stated above, I am waiting for delivery confirmation, feedback, or 21 day hold for most of it.

I would just try and keep the withdrawls as small as possible. Say $200-300 at a time. Remember that if you try and take too much at once and they suspend your account then your looking at 180 days to get your cash. So would you rather get it all in 30 days or 180 days? Just be smart and don't do anything that would draw attention to yourself.

Yeah, that's what I don't want is the 180 day crap. So probably $200-$300 at a time every few days as long as I'm not taking out over half of what is available at the time.

I hate this waiting for confirmation/feedback/21 day stuff. It won't be an issue once I have my accounts in a good pay cycle. Maybe I should do a few ebooks on another account, LOL

Don't do the ebooks!!! That is one way to get your Ebay account shut down quick!

GreenBean 06-20-2010 07:43 PM

Never do ebooks. (& I don't care jbuntz what you think, they are silly silly silly to risk an account:boink) That's another topic however.;)

Try not to withdraw 'even' amounts. Withdraw say $187 one time, vary the amounts, May be strange but that's what works for me.:pop2:

Cardfelon and Greenbean --- I was joking about the eBooks! LMAO. That's one way to a get a forum leader to comment on the thread! (-note to self!) :bounce:

Thanks for the withdrawal input though. I appreciate the insight.

lol

Just withdraw whatever available balance you have and leave bout 4-6 dollars available. With a 8 month old PAYPAL account you should be fine when withdrawing money. I have about 30 old paypal accounts and I withdraw about $400- $700 at a time no issues!

Ok I'll quit talking about my ebook success stories and all the money it's allowed me to bring in, but I'm not gonna quit selling em though no matter what you say :FF:
