how many disputes can be opened at once?

I purchased six items on ebay but two of them came back defective and one was not what I ordered. All three of the items are from different sellers. I want to return all the three items to get my money back, but IM worried that if I have to many disputes open at once paypal will think im a scammer and limit me.

how should I do this? & how many disputes can you open at once before paypal says anything?

BTW: I have a verified business account. About 2 years old

That is a GOOD Question, I would tend to believe that Nothing would happen, Only because within the despute Resolution panel you and the Buyers of each item will try to work out the problem with the purchase, so if you are dealing with decent people you will most likley Resolve the issues Before either of you "Escalates" the issue, Thats when paypal gets involved, and Normally their Procedure is pretty standard in these types of Cases, they simply make you send back the item (with Proof-Tracking) once the Seller recieves it they reverse the transaction, I do not think that the Number of Open Desputes the BUYER has open will have anything to do with it.

I dont know the number, but I know there are consequences to claiming you havent received stuff, had a UK forumer who lost ebay account, by doing this ..and deserved it probably.

3 items? I think that is fine, that can happen, especially with a good track record like yours....as long as it is occasional

Why not use ebay buyer protection first if you lose that you can still open a dispute with paypal.

contact the seller first.Give them a chance to sort things out for you before file any dispute. That is good for both side
