Bank A/C With Paypal - Deposit Confirmed
 

I have a bank account but I cannot remember if I had used it with Paypal. Is this the verification code from them -

so i just added my sort code and account number to paypal so I can confirm it. I wasnt sure if both of them had been registered so I tried both... the 1st one I tried, Paypal said "this bank account is already registered with another account"...

I tried my other bank details, and that one went through... I hope I havent messed it up as the one I have just added, abot 2-3 months ago I received a bacs/chaps payment from Paypal, so im slightly confused about that...

yes thats a paypal code, so it wasnt a good idea to add that bank, seeing as you had doubts.

youve created a link for new paypal to the old one now.

Its not the end of the world necessarily, time will tell, but it was an avoidable mistake.

does paypal send deposits to your bank account if your account is overdrawn?

Paypal has no way of knowing that. When you hit "withdrawal" on paypal it just sends the deposit. If your bank account is overdrawn it's just going to add money to it moving it towards the plus side.

As long as your bank account is open, I see know reason why they would want to refuse a deposit, especially if you are overdrawn!

Well I added my bank account on the 24th june 2010 and I still have not received these deposits yet... It doesnt usually take this long...

When filling out the DD Mandate on Paypal I changed the address of where the branch is to where my "new" address was located... would that make ANY difference???

I will give it until tomorrow latest. It definately should be there by wednesday
