PayPal Notification
So, as I said a few days ago, I sold a bunch of vero on eBAy. I didn't end the auction quick enough and my paypal went up to almost 2K.
I haven't listed anything on that account for about a week or so and then yesterday they suspended my account and pulled my "ended" listings, saying that my user account was linked to two other user accounts that I have never heard of. When I inquired about it, via email, they stated that basically I had info that was similar to the other two user accounts in question. (and then after that email, they CLOSED my ebay account!)
On to Paypal. I have it now down to about $1300, but still waiting for the shipping/21 day hold to clear. Like someone else on here stated, my stomache gets in knots every time I either log on to paypal or click "withdrawal". So far so good until today I received the following message from paypal that I had to agree to. (It said that I was only limited to not being able to close the account.)
Affidavit of Compliance with and Acceptance of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy

I have read and agree to the terms of use specified in the Acceptable Use Policy section of the User Agreement for PayPal Service.
I understand and agree that I am responsible for making sure that the transactions I enter into using PayPal are legal and do not violate the terms of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy.
I understand that my previous activities have been deemed by PayPal to violate the Acceptable Use Policy and I agree that if I do again violate the terms of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy, my account access may be limited or my account may be closed without advance notice, regardless of whether the violation takes place through eBay or another online marketplace, through my own website, or through any other forum.
I also pledge that my current usage of PayPal is legal under the terms of the User Agreement and that I will not use PayPal in the future to accept payment for goods or services that are illegal or are prohibited as described by the Acceptable Use Policy or the Restricted Activities Section of the PayPal User Agreement.
I typed in "I agree" and then my account was back to normal.
I guess I'm wondering if I have to worry about them limiting me before I get this money out or do you think they will be happy as long as I don't run anymore sales through it? (attached eBay account dead anyway.)
