Can a buyer win a paypal dispute on a service invioce?
 

I had a classified ad on ebay for a "how to" type informational thing. Followed all ebay rules...... Had a buyer purchase it, paid for it, got it, and then opened a not received as described dispute through paypal????? UUGGH! This is an informational auction and a service invoice was sent and she paid through it! Now she has the information and opened a paypal claim!??!?! Never had this happen before, so I see that although she opened up the claim, the money is not on hold or anything. What is going to happen?

update: because her only complaint was "I knew this already" mixed with the service invoice, I actually won the case! :) That was a surprise for sure. Hope this post helps someone else! :0)

EXACTLY!!!!! That is why I always send a service invoice on those types of ads. Although this is the first problem I ever had out of a buyer on this type of listing, it was still a learning experience. Although it is funny, it doesnt surprise me with some of the ebay folk I have had the pleasure of running into.
