Random dispute i cant even view? WTH??

i decide to log into my paypal today just because i always check to make sure everything is fine. I log in and says i have an open case.

I go to view it but i cant, its from almost 7 months ago that i filed and lost. Not sure what it was for i forgot and dont even have the emails to know the item. Why would it be reopened and investigated by paypal if it was closed 7 months ago?
