Adding Entropay VCC to Paypal Failed
 

I managed to get Entropay to remove the security limitation from my account (finally, after nearly a week). So I created the Entropay VCC that I would be using with my stealth Paypal account (with the same name), and then I tried adding the VCC to Paypal. Then, I got this message from Paypal:

"Your credit or debit card has not been added since your card issuer does not allow checking the card's billing address. Please enter a different card number. If you have further questions, please contact the business that issued your card."

Back to square one. How is it that people use Entropay successfully with Paypal? Does this only happen with US users or something? Anyone know how I can get through this?

I tried Entropay about a month ago, it did not work for me either.

I don't understand how some people use Entropay VCCs though. I really, really want to get it to work because it seems like a very simple and convenient VCC service, but ofcourse too good to be true (or is it?).

It doesn't seem to work for people in the US.

You can get a mango card that is free to get and you load it with greendot refill cards and you can change address to any address you want once you get the card and activate it.

It will work with PayPal.

I have a question... what happens if I just register an eBay/Paypal account in Australia, and THEn try adding my Entropay VCCs to get verified? Will that work?
