 Help with Paypal Disputes and Claims Outside of Ebay
Hi I get a small amount of people that file disputes and claims when I sell which is OUTSIDE of ebay. And sometimes paypal sides with the buyer for some reason. But i want to know how to prevent it. If I send a paypal invoice for a "good", but put it on paypal as a "service" then according to paypal the buyer and seller are not covered because paypal doesnt cover services. So does that mean no one can dispute/claim, and should I do this? I always follow the paypal rules for seller protection (outside of ebay) which are-
* Ship to the buyer's address on this page
* Use a shipping service with signature confirmation
* Save your tracking information and proof that the item was delivered
I read through the forums but most of it is for selling on EBAY. Any help for selling "outside of ebay" is appreciated from people who've actually sold outside of ebay. Let me know please
