PP requires me to provide the proof of shipping for them "help"
 

Hi all.
PP asked me to provide the proof of shipping for them ,which i cant coz all times have been sent via regular postage. Everytime i got stuck with it since i cant prove it . does anyone have any ideas for that?
also they require me to provide some supplier info? do i have to provide the real supplier info for them?
please help

Selling on eBay, you must ship with tracking numbers or your going to have problems.

Are you really going to tell me that an extra .70 cents is going to hurt you.

From now, take it as a lesson learn, and always get tracking or delivery confirmation in the future.

The only way they are going to get you get by, is by waiting to the item has been delviered and the seller leaves feedback.

If the seller never leaves feedback, and you are unable to provide valid tracking information, they will keep your account limited until 30 days after the sales of the items they requested tracking on.

Yes, if they are asking you for invoices, you need to provide sometime of evidence, (receipt, bill of sales, invoice) etc.. Showing that the items you were selling were purchased by you. By doing this it helps paypal rest at night knowing your not selling stolen merchandise.

You can send a thank you letter to your buyers and ask for feedback. Put tracking on the thank you envelopes and provide PP with that number.

Supplier info is a problem if you don't have receipts, or a legit supplier. Be creative.
