PayPal Spending Limits

Im gonna be opening a stealth paypal account soon that i was planning on using for buying only.

Will i be asked for a SSN or limited for just buying on this account? Or am i good to spend what i please if i have it CC verified and a Bank account attached?

FYI, I spend thousands per week on eBay.
