Why did my Paypal acct get limited?
 
I've had the Paypal acct for over a year, the ebay ID attached has 100% positive feedback, almost 100 feedbacks. Seems Paypal has randomly limited my account with the 21 day hold. This account never had that before! Could it be that I have been withdrawing all the money out as soon as it comes in, which is a new behavior for me?
