new guy here with vcc question
 

first, thanks for allowing me on the site.. i have a question, and yes i have read for over 4 hours last night and today with no definite answer.. i need to verify my paypal account with credit card.. i need a card that i can get today and verify the numbers with today... got the real name and real birthday, just no ss number for the person being used.. its my girlfriends brother. he knows i am using it, but he made it clear in the begginning, hey if they ever ask for my ss number i wont give it out unless you have a 1,000,000 in there to transfer. lol which i understand, who in the heck would give them their ss anyways,, funny thing is.. off the topic. they didnt give me verify my ss number as a choice... so can anyone please help me with a good virtual cc card i can verify quickly? i am located in california, united states.. thanks alot for reading..

sorry forgot to mention.. i tryed simon gift accounts 5 times in the last 2 days.. it says simon gift cards site is temporaryily out of order. thats after i enter my cc number to pay etc... after all is said and done it tells me that

well within literally 25 minutes of contacing doughboy,,,, my paypal account was verifed and limit was lifted.. hands down quickest turn around time i ever experienced..

thanks again........ if you are thinking about getting a vcc or searching the web trust me, by the time you google this and google that,, trying, this guy will have you already verifed, and the best thing is. once you click confirm for the paypal, you get the 4 digit code immediately to verify paypal.
