last year i applied for bank of america checking but several days taked they setup account and also after setup several more days taked they give me access ID ...
is there any bank like usaa.com ? (bcoz they open account instantly)

there was one - USbank.com

USbank checking account is not instant too. looks they have to review and setup account manually ...
seems the only self install bank on the internet is usaa.com ! is that true ?

awww i miss netspend and just realized it could verify paypal about 2months before it stopped working to verify paypals
now netspend was real instant verify everytime

do you just need to verify bank for the acct to lift limits or do you need an acct to actually cashout and withdrawl your money too?

There is such a thing as a virtual bank for verifications only. you will not have an actual acct. only for verification purposes for 2 small deposits. After you add another bank acct or a debit card to withdraw.

I would use Bank of America like the posters stated above. I've never went wrong with them. The accounts are open the second you open them.

But why can't you use a local Bank? They...or most should be able to provide the same service for you. I use two different banks in town and was able to deposit and withdraw the second I verified my 3 deposits.

He doesn't want to verify it using deposits, that takes 3 days. With Bank of America all you have to do is give a password and the PayPal is confirmed in 2 seconds

I'd never trust PayPal with that.

@waterproof With BOA you can do the instant verify with the password or wait the few days for the deposits. Being paranoid about stealth I went for deposits. aspkin has used the other method with success :pop2:
