Can I use my old Paypal Account as long as....

I set a new Ebay account with a ficticious name, prepaid visa or simon gc and new email.......

Use the new email on my old Paypal account but be sure not to link Ebay and Paypal for automatic payments.

Is there anything I am missing??????

Will Ebay know I am using the old Paypal account if I changed the email and do not link Ebay and Paypal for automatic payments?
