PayPal 'bizsupport'?
 

Hello,

I always worry what they are up to when I receive something new in the mailbox.

The latest one is an "invitation to use our customized service".

The email basically offers a similar service to the ebay power seller service - direct email, direct phone number, offering to assist with disputes, efficient response etc etc.

I have passed all the many verification checks - many ID's, business registration docs etc etc and the account has been very well looked after with regard to disputes, tracking numbers and sensible withdrawals.

Wondering if they are monitoring my account in some 'bad' way or if they are genuinely trying to help (very doubtful of that!)?

Will be interested to hear if anyone knows about this?
