I sent them empty fax and instead of telling me that they could not see or read anything they sent me another email saying to submit additional information. Yeah, it hurts the first few times they kill your account. But with each hit it hurts less, until one day when you wake up in the morning, have a little 'PayPal Account Limitation" email in your inbox, you go get your coffee, take a dump (lol) and pull out the next account from your pocket and are right in business again.

My biggest work these days is driving to the bank and making a new bank account for PayPal. I always have about 5-6 accounts on stand-by. You get used to it :)
