newjerseymax | 07-26-2010 02:52 PM | What is "inquiry investigation"? Hi today I received a "inquiry investigation" notice. I'm not sure what it is and how to proceed.
Last night at 3:00am I received payment of $77.61
Before I even got the chance to do anything the transaction is in HOLD mode.
Now my account is not suspended. I can do everything else. But im afraid the wrong move in this case could cause closure.
Paypal email stated that my account was accessed by multiple computers. This must have been because for the first time I accessed my account by my phone.
However I'm not sure what this has to do with the one transaction as I complete about 200 a month.
Also,
If I try to ship the item I am denied.
Paypal is giving me these options:
"One of the ways we learn more about a transaction is to compare the Shipping Address with the address associated with the PayPal account holder. Please provide some information about where you shipped the item and any communication you had with the buyer.
Where did the buyer request that you ship the item?"
How would you like to resolve this issue?
I have not shipped the item and I would like to refund the payment.
I can provide proof that the item was shipped through an approved shipper to the address on the Transaction Details page.
What information can you provide?
I can provide online tracking information.I can upload or fax proof that the item was shipped.
I have refunded the payment for this transaction.None of these apply to me.
What is the best less risky answer on these. I feel like they are trick questions
