I want help in adding my credit card to paypal..Please
 

I have entered a credit card detail for a PAypal account 6 months ago.But now that paypal account is limited by paypal.I really don't know the reason.

Now I created another PAYPAL account but it is not allowing me to add that previous credit card again.

Why does this happen ?

Is there a way to add the same credit card over and over again to paypal?

No, why would PayPal allow this? It sounds like you have a lot to learn before you can successfully create a stealth PayPal and eBay account. I recommend you read eBay Stealth ASAP. By the way you're going to need a prepaid card for PayPal. Send me a PM if you have an questions.

You must have done something that annoyed paypal. If you make another account and do the same things then that account will fail. What were you doing? It could be something paypal does not like.

OP obviously doesn't know what he is doing at all.

You CANNOT use the SAME Bank information to Create a SECOND Paypal account, Bank Information that you Used on your FIRST paypal account.
