Wrote paypal about a money hold and ebay answers twice!
 

This is a new one on me but I will share it here.
I have opend up about 5 new accounts within past 4 months and all are still up with no limitations. Start slow (list no name items, cds, cell phone cases, etc) and stayed under the radar and mixed in a little vero here and there to stay liquid and keep some money rolling in.
They removed the money holds at 20 positive fb & dsr which is great.
I get a dispute from some crazy man that says his wife took the item to the store and they told her the prada sunglasses were not authentic. I knew they were authentic because I bought them from national store.
But anyway, I log into ebay and all of sudden all of my items money is getting held again 21 days or until item is received and buyer post positive etc etc.
I log into paypal and I wrote a email to paypal and Ebay is answering the emails telling me I need to write paypal. This is some bullsh**. They always find new ways to stoop to a new low level of service. has anybody seen this?
This also confirms that ebay gets an email at same time that paypal gets it and vice versa. Just interesting to note.
I guess im going to have to call them which I hate doing.
Any thoughts on this guys and gals?

Thing is eBay and PP are not to be trusted, even if they are nice to you on the phone or email.
In this situation, I'm afraid that the buyer will swap out your authentic sunglasses for a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one if PP were to side with them and ask them to return it to you and you'll lose your item.
I'm sorry it's happening to you and I know how much it sucks.

Do you have any proof of authenticity? Receipt from the store to give to PP perhaps?
Me I tend to stay away from brand names like that to avoid scammers like these.

well all is fine now. He sided with me against his wife because I offered to meet them at neiman marcus to verify because they live in my city!
but the damage is done after they file the dispute. even after he removed the dispute they will not listen. actually, ebay is responding every time I write paypal! How weird is that? Now, all of my money is getting held.
I had worked hard to keep the account in good standing now this.
Only selling a little name brand stuff here and there to pay some bills.
customers on ebay suck these days just like ebay and paypal sucks.

If you are gonna be selling high counterfeit items that are supposedly legit, you need to keep a receipt and or certificate of authenticity. Problem solved. With 90% of the stuff on eBay being ⊗⊗⊗⊗ they have every right to doubt you.
