What will happen if I have overdraft on my PP account for longer time?

Usually the same day. You can always request it again.
Why would you overdraft your PP acc?

I request and request but it's not comming.


I mean this:
I get money from someone, then I send to them to another person. The first person cancel the transfer, and then I am in debt. What can happen?

Request and request - patience - check your spam folder.

As for your second question, though it sounds very iffy....I will answer that you are likely NOT going to be able to move your money so quickly. You will become limited and asked for ID if you intend to act quickly.

If you are in debt, you will owe money to Paypal. Based on what you have typed, I have a feeling that you are going to try and pound paypal too fast...

ok, i have had gotten the confirmation email. i have received the money, sent them to my friend. the person who sent me the money, filled a complaint and i'm negative now. what can happen?

Ah so you worked fast - and you have a complaint against you. What are you selling? How verified are your accounts. You need to put up more information for any more advice.

This person is scamming people? Ok if that's the case and I missed it, I must be too tired to read.
