paypal limited - please help

I just got suspend from ebay and limited from paypal.
They want me provide a SSN. But I don't have SSN, because I am a internation student. So what can I do ? can I provide a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ SSN ?

⊗⊗⊗⊗ one, not that I know of. They actually run your SS# and check your credit history. You either need to start over with a new Paypal account, which is a lot of work or you need to do more work and register a DBA.

HI- The Foreign INternational Students that work for us in the Summer, go to the Social Security oFFICE--they give them one.
Then, when they come back next summer, they get another.. Maybe you know someone who can get you one??

The bank account that I use in paypal is in U.S. The bank don't have my SSN, so paypal still can find out my SSN is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not ?

Thanks, do I have to open a new bank account for withdraw money ? Can I open the new bank account to withdraw money under my real name? And I use gift card to pay the ebay fee.
