Notification of Limited Account Access RXI034
 

hi guys
I sold some very high end vero items lately and got hit with RXI034.
i know the items were authentic but i dont think I can get ths account saved because they are asking for about 1o documents and credit check address.
the money that is not on hold can i get it out some other way? maybe add another paypal or send it to another paypal account? naything would be helpful. im in a bind and need the money.
The account is in **** name.

You have money that is not on hold? I doubt that if you have the RX1034 hit.

You need to supply the docs or wait 180 days. There is no way you can send out the cash while there is a hold.

Make up the documents and push for all the account is worth.

I have the hit, im looking at at right now.
but I have $400 thats not on hold. i tried to trasnfer but they reveresed it.
can i send this 400 to another paypal?
can i buy something and send to another account with no issue?
can i add another paypal? I dont think i can add another paypal email address because they are probably watching the account. helpp.

ebay account is still up.
paypal is all the way down and asking for everything including documents for credit adddress check.

refund him, and have him send it to you in a different way.

I tried to to click on send money and it wont let me do that either.

All you can do is to provide the info they want (get creative if needby) or wait 180 days...

Can you still refund?
Seems quite a while back I had heard of members here sending payments fromj one account to the next and in the event of a situation Paypal would let you issue a refund essentially to yourself where you can then get it out of the healthy account.
Does this still work?
I sent a payment from my real account to my stealth account to pay for an overseas item.
I now see a "refund" option for that transaction
The last Paypal account I had that got hit had over $200 in it when it got limited. I had already sent everything out so I couldn't work something else out with the buyers, but what I did do was refund everyone that I could so at least Paypal wouldn't get to keep the money

The only thing you can do during the limit is receive and refund payments. Period.

OP, as i told you in the PM. Honestly, if you can refund, refund it, then call the buyer, explain the situation and beg him / her to send it by mail. It'll also help if you could give the buyer something extra, like a gift or even a discount on the money.
I'd rather lose a few $ than the entire $400.

I have access to vero items so I have to find creative ways to mix them in to sell them.
Even if I spread them out over time. It does create a problem.Vero is he** these days. im spreading vero across several accounts when I can to reduce issues.
This all started because this lady in tennessee would not post me a feedback after I sold her a authentic coach purse and I couldnt get paid. Turns out she says she is in malaysia. I delivered the purse overnight and her family is holding it until she returns. does me no good because of paypal holds. I called paypal to get funds released and got hit with limitation.
