Making a new PayPal account. How should I go about it so it doesn't get limited...
 

So I'm planning to make a new PayPal account once college starts in about 2 weeks. That way I'll be on a new IP address and I can start afresh, right?

Since I'm planning to use this PayPal all the time I'm going to be putting in valid information. I'll also have is verified. So here is my question. How should I set up my new account so that I can receive and send payments?

I believe that my last PayPal account was limited because 1. I used a fictitious name and 2. I received a lot of gift payments. Well I fixed the first part. I'm active in the GPT (Get Paid To) industry for ads and stuff like that. Now I'll be receiving about $100-@200 at the end of the month from legit. companies. I'll also be sending payments to people for various things.

What can I do so avoid another limit?

OP, I think I actually know what you do. So here are a couple of suggestions from me.

1. I highly recommend you read the stealth guide. You can get it from Aspkin.
That book has what you are looking for plus more. You can't just look at this whole thing
from what you think you know.

2. If you are getting the payment the end of the money from the companies I think they are,
don't they have a direct to bank deposit method? I highly recommend doing this.

3. IP is not the only thing you need to worry about, it's LSO / Cookies / User Acc / Bank info / CC info / Email address.

Since you only have 2 weeks left, It's best you start reading the book and slowly understand it now. It's a lot to digest when you are still new at this and you WILL have Qs . When that time comes, post your Qs here and that's what we are here for.

PS: There's no certain way to avoid PP's limitation. Please remember that they are extremely fickle and NOT to be trusted, no matter how sweet they sound on the phone and how sweet their promises are

Seriously though your awnser is Kinda Lenghtly, the Best thing to do is to get the Stealth Guide, it covers Paypal Really well,,,and if you have it,,,Re-Read the Paypal Area,,

As others have said you need to get the stealth book which explains all of your questions and a ton more.
