Sure. I have done it. They didnt ask me anything. You get a phone code off site when you click contact so they have all your info. Just say you are calling to confirm delivery

Have all your info on hand just in case naturally, but you shouldnt need it

Use the same number registered to their file - otherwise they ask if they can register this number (doesn't affect anything but still worth mentioning).

For some reason every time I call, no matter the number, it always says "you called from" and its not even close. Every time for years...

It may not be instant, but yes. System is supposed to do it 3 days after delivery. But I've never personally had that happen.

Are you using skype or voip phone when calling Paypal?
