Wengsu78 | 08-17-2010 09:06 PM | hi,
i made a stealth after extensive research thanks for the stealth book and forums on aspkins!
a few questions:
i have verifed a prepaid simon giftaccount on paypal, still not verifed, if i verify myt bank account say 3 weeks after opening the paypal which was today, will that be susposics?
if my account, i am selling little and buying little, after 30 days, should i be safe, if i dont any stupid activity?
also, when i purchase big items, because my paypal address is slightly thrown up, and put correct one on contact the ebay buyer, will ebay track the message containingthe real address,...or iis there a safer way to do that?
THANKS!
i already have the stealth book. any tips? |
3 weeks after should not raise suspicion as long as you go slow with sales.
I don't understand your address issue. |
Wengsu78 | 08-18-2010 12:14 PM | thanks for reply,
i put a mispelled address on paypal and ebay, the street name and number is mispelled,
after winning if i contact seller thru ebay and write my real address indicating that i mispelled it on paypal, will ebay be able to track it?
let me know...also, can i recieve payments from people, for 30 usd that is not thru ebay, will this raise suspsion? since this is new acc.
thanks |
oompaloompa | 08-18-2010 12:20 PM | you will have private email of seller, so tell them it was mispelled and a glitch wont let you amend it, hopefully they will look up your address and send it
this is least risky strategy, but there is always possiblity seller will be a tell-tale tit and forward your messaage to ebay - but unlikely |
Wengsu78 | 08-18-2010 12:35 PM | how do you get their email beside ebay messaging? is it part of the won items email?
thanks! |
Some sellers do have it in their e-mail to you - some don't. Shoot them a contact seller message for their e-mail so you can discuss. |
Wengsu78 | 08-18-2010 02:10 PM | if i have normal activity, little selling, small purchases, for one month and i dont get limited, does that mean a good chance my account is safer?
becfause i dont wanna waste a bank account if it will be limited in 2 months. |

becfause i dont wanna waste a bank account if it will be limited in 2 months. | It depends. If on day 32 you list 10 LV Handbag auctions, or start selling DVD box sets en masse, then no, your account will not be safe.
But, generally speaking, the longer you have your account the safer it is.
HOWEVER - you can be canned by eBay/PayPal for any reason at any time. There are many posts on this forum about people being suspended from PayPal or eBay even after 5 years and 5,000 positive feedbacks. It happens. |
Like jeffweico says - basically you are never completely safe unless you are on their payroll...if that.
Tread lightly, go slow and be clean.
Or just bang it up for the limitation if you have no problem waiting. |
oompaloompa | 08-18-2010 03:43 PM | yes often email is visible after sale, if it isnt, email them via ebay asking for them to contact you about few questions (eg, say the message is bouncing back , can they email you direct!!) | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 02:37 AM. | |
