Government had no problem busting up Microsoft. But nobody wants to take on eBay and PayPal? Have to ask why. They are without question being protected.

The Part that DID Make it in thought is the Part that Requires all Payment processors to Report Everyone who Processes over 20,000 a year,,,,,Shocker,,,,

Mark my words,,,It is Only a Matter of time Before the ENTIRE System gets Overhauled,,,,,and EVERYTHING Changes,,,And Im not so sure if it will be for the Better,,,,The Jury will be out on that issue for a LONG Time,,,,


Remember when the Banking System laws were Designed the was No Such thing as the Internet,,,and the Goverment as Usual is Very Slow to Change things,,,,,

I would think if under regulations things would be very difficult for us. You cant exactly stealth a bunch of bank accounts....

I Do Not think that Any Changes would Effect you In Canada,Though
