Unverified US PayPal Account- Can you still make payment?
 

I would just like to ask I will like to set up a US paypal account just for buying only. I will not be selling and I will not be receiving payment with this account.

Can I ask I will be using an entropay card to make payments so I will be adding that to my PayPal account since I will not be able to get a US issued credit card or gift card as I live in Singapore. Will this raise a red flag or cause my account to be limited if I add an entropay card.

Secondly has anyone here ever used an unverified paypal acct to make payment for purchases made online at sears.com or overstock.com. Any problems buying with an unverified paypal account.
