best way to get funds off ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account before getting limited?

hey, what is the best way to get funds off a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information paypal account, verified, before getting limited. it will be a large sum of funds, over 8,000

i need to get it out asap before being limited.

I think ebay forces sellers to take paypal because otherwise many would just not take it.

Your best chance would be NOT to get it out as fast as possible. Leave it for a few weeks and then start withdrawing in amounts of $200 every 2-3 days. When it gets under $1000, withdrawn just $100-$120 every few days.
