Limited Account, New Name?

Hello. I had an account made with my name, I am under 18, and added my CC. I used it for a few months until it was limited. I couldnt provide the SS or Passport as I am under 18. I made a new account, same name, new bank account but it got linked. Now, I made a new account with my fathers name. I have not yet added a bank account or credit card. Will I be ok even if I have the same address, different name? What must I do to be allowed to withdraw? I made a new eBay account as well in my fathers name. Should the name alone being different keep me un-limited?? THANKS!!

No no. This new account with my Dad has not been limited. I have about $150 in payments in it. WILL they do anything if a diff name same address, thats what I want to know. Its two diff people so I should be OK right??

No you probably won't be ok. Any similarity between a limited account and a new account can link the accounts.

Paypal will eventualy shot you down when you'll got money in your account. Better start with brand new name, addresse, ip, cc, bank account...

they are lame when it comes to that kinda stuff... the SS number can be the problem... but what you might want to consider is filing a fraud claim on your credit report... this will prevent people from checking your credit... if there is a fraud report on your credit report, the only way someone can check your credit is if they go about and call you... I had a fraud claim on my report, when I went to close my mortgage, the only way my banker could check my credit was with my permission... it is straight forward...

I am also working on paypal so they might remove my social from their system... I told them someone stold my identity and opened up a paypal account

Sometimes when your identity is stolen I think you get a new social security number.

How do you file a fraud claim on your credit report? Is it hard? Does it ruin your credit rating?
