xoom.com, how does it work?

My account got limited . And I want to open a new account. I have pre-paid visa card,⊗⊗⊗⊗ information, bank account for withdraw money. But the new bank account is under my real name, if I withdraw money to this account. They will link together, and get limited again. So how can I fix this problem? And I want to ask about xoom.com - how dose it help to a new paypal account ? can someone explaint to me please? thanks.

Do not add your new account # to paypal. Instead change a few of the numbers around and you should be ok to add it as long as your routing # is correctly entered. They won't really be able to link anything as it's a completely new bank account and paypal has no idea that it belongs to u.

when you add a bank account to PP all you have to enter is the bank name, routing, and acct numbers. Then PP deposits 2 small amounts into the account. Confirm those amounts and your ready to withdraw. PP doesn't know your name, address, etc on the bank account.

But if they limit it and ask for a ss# you are done again, is there a good Merchant account to use that inter grads with ebay.

Hi, also does PP get any info from the bank like ss# or something, after they limit you and ask for all these doc's i see they ask for you ss# do they match it up with your ban account,
