Does VanillaVisa work to lift limit on Paypal?

i saw on paypal forums now they they have their own forums. somebody asked about the vanilla card too. paypal responded they do not accept prepaid cards because they can't verify alot of the info on the prepaid card. so its a 50/50. some people get through and some don't. Simple!
