Hey, i was just wondering if you guys think paypal has an automated system that limits account, or if employees limit the account? For example, is it better to do business on weekends/late at night? Thanks.

I wonder if a paypal employee can erase all informations about a specific account in exchange for money? I'm going to see my cousin in a few month in California where paypal headquaters are...

Its definitely about 95% software-controlled. It's just a matter of figuring out how the software works to slip through it.

Both ebay and paypal use bots to find questionable accounts and transactions, then dependping on severity, goes to real person to review or automatic suspension.
