How Paypal trying to recover chargeback money (non US)
 

Recently a buyer file for a chargeback in paypal and my balance become negative of $500.

There is also a payment hold from another buyer of $200 only.

So in my paypal account shows negative -300 (Short of 300)

Surprisingly, they will took other payment hold from other buyer to replace or cover the chargeback initiated by bank. (so desperate they took from payment hold)

Best part is when i try to send money, its show the message below...

Even if i try send $10 or $100, they will include the $500 chargeback IF I GOING TO SEND! (something new to me)

Am not sure how paypal going to recover the entire $500 balance since i am non US user, they unable to deduct through my bank or credit card since the policies here is different maybe i am wrong.

Anyone have better idea?

They can't really recover it unless you paypal yourself from different account or you do some kind of transfer in. That's the better idea for you if you want to settle with paypal.

well, hope it's gonna be that way from them, wondering what if there is 10 dispute or chargeback filed against me ?

I can't really comment on your eBay activity - chargebacks and disputes will destroy your account. Hope you aren't defrauding buyers...

If they brought the item on ebay, Ebay will refund them and then charge your payment method on file. Or they will apply any new payments towards it. ALso, if you have a real bank and CC attached to your paypal you should close the bank account and report the credit card lost, if you want to make absolutely sure they can't take your money.
Basically, Ebay/Pay will try everything to get you to pay the chargeback.

destroying my account i am fine with that, since they already did in ebay and left to rot, might as well built a new one.

not to say defrauding, refunding more, since they dont allow me to add in funds from my card, i am not sure what they want with my paypal, beside getting other paypal account to transfer funds to it.

well, your suggestion may works in other country but not here, its like you are escaping or avoiding them which is not ethical.

if they wanted to refund by recovering the funds, i am interested to know how they gonna do it in this country, testing their patience and limits.
