paypal business account fund holds question

during a suspension i was given the option to upgrade to a business account. after providing the necessary documents and having the account restored..i still have funds that are being held for 21 days, why??? i have 32 positive with like 28 dsrs... sure i am selling veros... but i had the account restored 2 weeks ago... any reason why??? are they suspicious about me?

i think you answered your own question. It's more than likely what your selling. Do you have mutliple positive feedback for this particular vero item?

what was the account limited for the first time? it may have something to do with the history of the account.

no reason, just the regular reutine with supplier info and contact info and ss#
