opening paypal account n00b alert !!!
 

Hey everybody

I want to open a PayPal account and and here is the main points

• I dont live in USA
• I have many friends who live in US who can help me
• I dont want to open bank account or ask my friends to open a special one for me I just need a prepaid or gift card solution
• I want to get my paypal account verified and get it confirmed
• I have a virtual address in USA "I can ship stuff to it and get them forwarded to my country" and I want to use it as confirmed address
• I want the lowest monthly fees available
• Be able to reloaded it
• I have a private proxy so I can access Paypal.com
• I need the Paypal account to buy stuff from eBay only "no selling"
• My friend lives in RI and my address in NY

if its for buying you shouldnt have any problems if its for selling all those loopholes you might get trouble...

i want to know how i can setup the paypal account ?
which card should i buy ,, from which bank ?
and the card and paypal account should be under the same name ?

and regarding the Stealth Book ,, from what i understood its for people who got suspended from ebay and Paypal
I have an eBay account with 19 feedback and sold an item once ,, with no problems
but i was using my friend paypal account which is linked to his BoA account and i cant use it anymore
So I need a new account and I don't have any info about being able to use prepaid or gift cards with paypal
all what i need to know if i can use cards like netspend or mango with paypal and get the account verified and confirmed
There is alot of cards in mastercard website "like netspend and mango as i mentioned earlier" but I dont know which one is best for my case

First of all... you need to change your country flag. If you're NOT in the USA, the only way we can accuratley help you is if we know what country you're in. Different rules for different countries.

Second.... help is not free. Patience is a virtue, and something in between the lines in the stealth guide EVERY forum member needs to read.


Third... you're not getting it. The stealth guide will explain to you why you made a mistake, and what to do with bank accounts, cards, phones, etc.... Please don't tell us that we are misunderstanding your situation when you're unwilling to listen to the experts you're asking for help.

i guess the stealth guide is the way this forum stays up for cost lol

Then you are not a nOOb. paypal hates proxies and you will be limited very very quickly.

United States of America has companies that allow overseas residents to purchase from many companies including ebay.

Use google and find them. That way you will be able to buy buy buy and not risk being limited. You can be a happy little shopper.:pop2:

Sadly, your questions show that you haven't taken the time to go through the forums. I hear your issue with English not being strong but still - there are many posts that aren't heavy reading.

This is not a forum for demands to your questions when you haven't done the reading. Feel free to discuss =)

For next time, take it slow - NO ONE likes seeing a laundry list of demands from new person on the forum.
