once a transaction is completed like a purchase from a website,


can it still be reversed if you account is limited?

sure it can...
I have been selling stuff on ebay, bought a phone with the money I've got from plemix, we were just doing the phone confirmation with the guy, and after that it turned out that the guy bought from me at ebay sent me fraudulent funds, my account got limited, and the money charged back from plemix. had to wash my hands for like 10-15 minutes, they almost filed a fraud report against me?! damn paypal...

payment reversed?
 

yes! I paid for an item 4 weeks before the account was closed, the money got taken back, back onto paypal and paypal limited and an unpaid item on ebay. there you go:humble:

Last time i heard when paypal can't recover the money they will deduct it from your bank or did they stop this practice due to sues?

as far as I know paypal can not take money from your bank account without your permission. BUT if the money is in any way in PP hands they can do whatever they want (any purchases made with a PP involved)AAAA

They still do this. When you add a bank account, you get a pop-up telling you that it'll be your new source for any charges that need to be met. If money isn't availible in your paypal, they take from that bank account & send you an email stating you can file a dispute if the charge isn't valid
