buying something on ebay using a new paypal account
 

i am a new user on paypal. if i receive a large payment, then buy something from a seller on ebay, then get limited, will ebay take back the money from the ebay seller's account?

Not if its a legit sale. They are interested in YOUR acct, they usually only reverse funds if they feel fraud is involved.. (like transferring to yourself)

I had one of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal limited a few years ago when it was only a few months old. I got most of the money out by buying easily sellable items of ebay and then reselling them. I even made money on a couple of the items when i reslod from my legit accounts. When they limited it, they reversed all the payments I made, pissing off a lot of ebay powselllers, making them provide proof. I had the items, so when they emailed I told them there problem was with paypal as I had positive balance in there from sales and ebay was the one holding there money.
The account was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ in that, it was linked to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bank account and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ CC, but the shipping address and name was similar to mine, so i still got all the packages. Example:
If my real name and address is:
John Smith
123 fern bush street
apt# 123

⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal is:
Jonathan Smithe
123 fernbush St.
Unit 123

Probably 99% of the time the package will make it to you.

I just bought about $200 worth of Skype credit with PayPal :D
