why the 200/$20,000 limit on PP/EB

I see this all the time, people wondering why and so many questions. Hope this clears it up for you.

For those of you who don't know why they have these limits? Etc.

This is why.

I was researching for payment plans for my website since the account I have doesn't have a shipping calculator for international sales. I found this link. Does that help you newbies explain why there are limits now? Huh? Are we down with the program? Does this answer your questions?

I know I know, you didn't sell anything hot, high risk, but still got hit with it? Well now you know why!

old post anyway, but ive sold very well simce 2004 iv never had a problem with irs , taxes get paid on my investments and I never worry I in best year sold about 2000 worth gross made actualy if you can believe it over 13 thou in 9 years
