Default How long can a INR dispute sit open??

I had a buyer pay with PayPal through CCNow.

CCNow says the buyer opened a not received dispute. (this is bogus)

The tracking number shows it was delivered and signed by the buyer.

So its delivered and i still don't have access to the cash. How long can this INR dispute just sit opened? The tracking info showing the delivery has been given to CCNow and they claim to have forwarded the number to PayPal.

The buyer is unresponsive.

Any knowledge?

Check his order details and find his phone number and address. Call his number MANY TIMES TILL HE GETS PISSED! Send him a letter scary one of a lawyer find some examples online. Send him a certified letter of the police station. WATCH! I guarantee you or a free copy of twinkies you get him to say he received it was a mistake!
