Sending Funds to another paypal ???

Hello, i am currently limited by paypal and cant make another paypal account. But i have made one using none of my details. If i had funds in my account could i sent them to another paypal account like a friends for example.

you can't send funds from a limited account...

When you send funds from a stealth account to another one of your stealth accounts its not good if your both stealth accounts are new because they can be and will be limited and compared to for linking by paypal.

If your sending from your stealth to a friend then its good, but while your limited they don't let you send money.
