how can I get money out of new PP account??
 

Any ideas how I could get a litle over a thousand dollars out of a new paypal account? Could I send money to another more established account or no way?? Or should I wait until I get a bank account attached and transfer??

If it is a new account you have to wait 60 days to apply for their atm/debit card.
You could have them mail you a check. You can buy stuff with it. You could transfer to another account, that has a way to withdraw. There are money exchanging websites that will convert it for you, but the fee is like 10% because no one wants paypal. I converted $1000 paypal to $900 Webmoney. They also have egold and other currencies.

No one wants paypal? So true paypal sucks. But what about all the buyers shoving it down your throat and other people including sellers worshiping it claiming it is "so fast and safe" ?

well, can i simply send money from one paypal account to another without paypal / ebay linking the both together ??

e.g.
paypal acc 1 associated with ebay acc 1
paypal acc 2 (verified) associated with ebay acc 2 (suspended)

so can i send money from paypal acc 1 to paypal acc 2 ?
i could easily withdraw money from paypal acc 2 to my real bank account, but i cannot withdraw money from paypal acc 1.

I just sent 1600 from one of my accounts to a newer Paypal account, and withdrew without a problem yesterday. I'm pretty sure Paypal knows they're both my accounts already, but I do this all the time with family member accounts as well. You can do it, but there is a fee. If I were you I would just add a bank account to the account and withdraw that way.

normally 1 person can have 2 paypal account, 1 personal and 1 business.
