Stupid Ebay Buyer..Paypal got my back..Clearly fraud
 

So I sold a game to a ebay buyer back in April i believe. I month ago 4 months later or so I see a Paypal credit card chargeback for the auction for "item Not received"... Lucky, I used Paypal for shipping label and tracking. But fought it and I won and they gave me my money back and it only took about 1 week total time to win dispute...

Ok fast forward to yesterday, the stupid buyer files a Unauthorized transaction with his credit card company and paypal. Got the email yesterday from paypal, they said they are fighting it and they DID NOT take any money from my account, PAYPAL said Im covered under seller protection as before..


Now here is the deal.. How stupid can this buyer be, Its so obvious its fraud , The buyer first filed a Item not received, then once he lost , filed a Unauthorized transaction..LOL WOW just WOW


SO which one is it buyer, did u not get your device or was it a unauthorized transaction.. How can the buyer bank let him/her do this. Its fraud.. The buyer already admitted to buying the item since they filed a item not receive, so how are they allowed to file a unauthorized transaction??? Baffles me..



O let me add that they left feedback for me as well stating they got the game..Boy they must be desperate for $25

Banks do a LOT for their customers - no matter the "scumbag".

Of course the buyer knows it's fraud and doesnt give a fug - maybe some kid playing with parent's card and stuff.

Good for you that you were covered. Enjoy the positive feedback, forget this sordid history, BLOCK this bidder, and move on...

Nice to see some winners for sure. Usually PayPal bends over and lets you get it. Maybe because seller protection was involved they fight harder
