recent alternative to paypal??

recently my paypal has been limited forever...
my ebay is still good and with good feedback and everything..i would like to continue to use it...anyone know what is the best alternative to paypal for me in the USA??
i tried to make a paymate but for some reason it denied me...anyone please help ??

Moneybookers - then move for merchant processor and try to get buyers to bite.

are all buyers on ebay willing to go through moneybookers to pay for products??
is it a complicated method?
can you use one moneybookers with multiple ebays or just one?
do you need seperate info for each moneybookers?
