Account limitation, ask me to add another Credit Card to verify my billing address.
 

I just update a Credit Card on Paypal. Becuse old one will expire soon.

After up date the CC, my account got limited right away.

When I login my account try to fix this problem, Paypal ask me to add another CC to verify my billing address.

They said will take 30 seconds to done this after I provide another CC.

Is there anybody else have same problem?

Some one suggest me to call paypal.
What they will ask if I call paypal for this case?

if you call paypal and its a stealth account have all your info ready incase they ask for it. if they ask for something weird say your not home and your at a park so when you get home you will do whatever they ask. SIMPLE!
