I am going to make a "stealth paypal account" and I need a prepaid debit card. What is the best card I can use for Paypal so that I can get confirmed? Walmart, Rushcard, ???

I would think that if you contacted a seller of such cards, there's a pretty reasonable chance whatever card is sold would work......
then doing that might make life easier
