How many buyer refunds?
 

This particular Paypal account, for some unknown reason, hasn't been doing the 21 hold. It's been nice to not have to wait for my own money.

I have a buyer who wants a refund, didn't file a claim or anything. I was thinking of just sending money to his PP account, instead of PP seeing it was a refund. Any thoughts? Would this first refund start a 21 day hold? Like I said, no claims were filed at all.

Hmm, what's the amount? What's your gut feelings? There's the usual maybe it will be OK, maybe not. :ranger:

As a seller you have the right to accomodate a buyer's request and should not be punished.
As a paypal user you have the chance to be limited.

It's 30 bucks. In the past, I have just sent the buyer money, and not made it an "official" refund. But I don't know if that eventually assisted in a limitation.

$30 should not be a problem.:)
