Opening foreign Paypal account
 

So if I wanted to avoid being limited by Paypal, can I use a foreign Paypal account that doesn't need an SS? I'm asking this because Paypal sometimes will ask for your SS# once you gte limited. When I have the money in the foreign account, can I transfer it into my bank account, or will there be currency issues? Thx

BTW: I don't want to use Merchant accounts, I'm planning on selling some items with high value, fees aren't my friends, and paypal seems to be much easier when it's not limited.

Yup. :) But you never know with PayPal so don't leave too much in it..

is it ok to use proxy of different countrys for paypal?

You need to use a proxy that's in the same country as the account.

I've heard that is a no-no and for legit reasons. Paypal thinks that if your account in the US is getting accessed from overseas that it is someone trying to hack your account. Seems to make sense. As long as the proxy location matches the registered location on the Paypal account I don't think it should be a problem..
