where is paypal not needed for ebay

never seen this info anywhere, so i am asking, which ebay sitees is paypal not compulsory to use? i know currently ebay.com.au (australia) isn't, but i was wondering, which other ones are there?

hi and thanks for this question, I was researching on this one too some months ago. As a fact it is only the Australia site that has no compuslory paypal, however to subscribe to ebay.au you need an Australian adress as far as a Know.
