adding a bank account to paypal

hey would it be safe if i add my bank account to payal with my real name which has been use on a old paypal that has been banned but different account number of course?

in other words when i add an bank account to my new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account will reveal my account holder's name?

I know for sure this is ok with us accounts, not sure about other contries. They just need the bank name and numbers.

As far as I know, it's all about numbers to PP.

I believe with CCs and banks they don't verify the name because with the AVS and echeck systems they CAN'T. They can with SS# but if you give yours out to paypal it's bad.

dams i call my bank which is the commonwealth bank and they said that paypal can verify my name!!!! OMG going to plan B
